Our brokerage takes advantage of technology to make selling real estate so much easier and more powerful. Our team focuses on a very in-depth training program where you spend a short period each morning learning a new set of real estate skills that you can then put into practice that day.

We are approachable! Our team is a husband and wife team that take pride in being available and ready to help agents. Quite frankly, we want you to be highly successful and earn a lot of money! There are no secrets on the team-- we show you  exactly what you should do each day to be very successful in this career .

We will:

• Provide you with more than enough leads to hit your income goal
• Give you a tiered approach that gives you the opportunity to earn things like a transaction coordinator, marketing materials, yard signs, etc. so you don't have to pay for much
• Be available for support calls and mentoring
• Far more that we can discuss later

• Must have an active Florida real estate license
• No prior sales experience needed
• Must be willing and open to learning. Our team is based on agent education.
• Must want to work full time. Our clients deserve a dedicated agent.
