Job Title : Technical Writer (US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and product managers to gather and analyze information.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Organize and manage documentation repositories to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and flowcharts to complement written materials.
• Review and edit existing content for accuracy, style, and readability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in [Specify Industry/Domain, e.g., software, IT, engineering].
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, or Confluence).
• Experience with markup languages like Markdown, HTML, or XML.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or document versioning tools like Git.
• Experience with software development processes or APIs.
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Visio).
• Federal Experience is a plus.
