Job Description:
Serve as a key support and development resource for RPA operations across media and healthcare divisions, with a focus on maintaining, enhancing, and identifying new automation opportunities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Serve as the main RPA point of contact for the Charlotte-based broadcast division
Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations
Identify opportunities for new automation initiatives
Gather and document requirements and user stories
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective automation solutions
Conduct testing, monitor deployments, and ensure system reliability
Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
3–5 years of RPA development and support experience
Strong UiPath experience (Advanced Developer Certification required)
Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specs
Experience managing RPA deployments into test and production environments
Excellent communication skills; capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in media, broadcasting, or TV environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and shared service organizations
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Agile team experience and understanding of UAT testing practices
