• Verify materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring they’re ready for delivery on time
• Organize and secure loads with strict safety procedures to prevent damage
• Assist in loading/unloading materials using manual techniques or forklifts
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers, including loading items safely
• Maintain inventory organization to ensure efficiency and accessibility
• Build loads for delivery, carefully packaging materials for safe transport
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and pulling items for checkout
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to keep our yard running smoothly
• Take on additional tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in construction or building materials (preferred, not required)
• Forklift experience (1+ year preferred)
• Proficiency with computer programs and inventory systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with assistance) and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include Saturdays, nights and holidays
• A results-driven attitude and commitment to serving with humility and integrity
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
