Execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists. Facilitate issue identification and analysis. Report out to regional stakeholders, work closely with the global team. Proactively manage and respond to customer questions and issues. Maintain strong case documentation and follow up with A360 Performance Managers to ensure that technical recommendations effectively resolve customer issues. Support A360 Performance Managers to enable remote solutions at customer sites, ensuring that the PSC value is consistently demonstrated with each deliverable. Keep technically current with the broad HPS product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on the TPS-Experion-DCS product line. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 2 year or Associates degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or Software Architecture. 8+ years of experience in the system engineering, operations, or services support functions within the Industrial automation industry.
