Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager - Ground-up Apartments

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our construction team in the development of ground-up apartment projects in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Help manage project risks and issue resolution to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
