Sheetmetal Installer  – 2 nd  Class  (San Diego, CA)

Lead Marine

San Diego, CA, USA

 

Full Time

$19.00-$21.00

1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00pm)

 

Lead Marine is currently looking to hire 2nd Class Sheetmetal Installers & Fabricators for the Shipyard Industry here in San Diego. This Sheetmetal job will be working on Naval Bases & Shipyards on 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed. DBIDs badge in hand is a plus. Qualified candidates please apply now!

 

Responsibilities: 

• Rip out old sheet metal such as bunks, tables, benches.
• Repair and install sheet metal ventilation systems, etc.
• Work with apprentice and helpers to install new sheet metal parts.
• Make sure work site and areas are clean of construction debris.

Requirements:   

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of construction, sheet metal or shipyard experience.
• Must be willing and able to work as a team.
• Candidates will be required to get Naval Base Clearance 
• Must have knowledge of the various types of metals and sizes.
• Must have basic tools of the sheet metal trade.
