Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Richmond, VA, or Clayton, North Carolina and at the projects clients site locations. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to successfully execute cleanroom and process integration projects. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project logistics, coordinate with team members and stakeholders, ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role also requires maintaining strong communication across teams and clients to address challenges and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. The senior project Manager is eventually accountable of the financial performance of the project under his responsibility.
Qualifications
Experience in Project Management and skills in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress
Proficiency in Expediting and handling Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
Strong skills in Expeditor and Inspection for quality assurance and process optimization
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Experience in cleanroom construction or related industries is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus
