Hiring: Proven Restaurant Director of Operations
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: up to $150,000 Annually + Bonus

As the Director of Operations , you will provide strategic leadership and operational expertise to ensure the success of multiple high-volume, upscale restaurants. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in full-service operations, private dining, and large venue management. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, from implementing systems to optimize workflows and profitability to leading and mentoring restaurant managers to maintain the highest operational standards. Additionally, you will monitor financial performance, identify opportunities to drive revenue and reduce costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards and event excellence. Collaborating with ownership and executive leadership, you will execute long-term growth strategies while staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
