Job Description

Digital Product Manager, Growth

About Atlas Coffee Club

Atlas Coffee Club is redefining how the world experiences coffee — from award-winning single origins to functional wellness blends. Our direct-to-consumer brand is scaling rapidly across Coffee Club, Tea Club, and Atlas+, our new wellness coffee line. As we expand our product portfolio, we’re seeking a Product Manager to join the Growth team and help drive the next wave of innovation, customer experience, and growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who is equally strategic and hands-on — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, cares deeply about the customer experiences, and is driven by results.

We’re a small but mighty team—mature in process, but still operating with the urgency and scrappiness of a startup. This role is hands-on: we’re looking for someone who’s not just a strategist, but a builder. Someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, own outcomes, and move fast.

You will lead initiatives to optimize conversion, launch new products, improve retention, and drive insights across our ecommerce and subscription funnels.

You’ll work cross-functionally across Growth, Engineering, Operations & CS to build amazing customer experiences and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Product Roadmap : Define and maintain the roadmap for digital product improvements across the Atlas site and customer portal, aligning with growth priorities and cross-functional team needs.
  • Optimize Conversion : Build and prioritize a roadmap of experiences & funnel improvements and A/B tests to drive conversion across Coffee Club & Atlas+
  • Lead Retention Initiatives : Identify opportunities to improve retention and LTV through subscription flow improvements, portal updates, customer feedback loops, and feature enhancements.
  • Drive New Product Launches : Partner with Growth, Ops, and Engineering to launch new products, develop positioning, optimize landing pages, and iterate based on customer feedback.
  • Own Product Analytics : Leverage Amplitude, SQL, surveys, and customer research to identify insights and inform decision-making.
  • Prioritize Effectively : Balance quick wins with big swings; make trade-offs to maximize customer impact and business outcomes.
  • Document & Communicate Clearly : Create clear specs, project plans, and progress updates to keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Integrate AI and Automation : Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, production, and insight generation across the product lifecycle.

You’ll Be Successful Here If You:

  • Excel in dynamic environments where momentum, adaptability, and continuous improvement drive results.
  • Are customer-obsessed, always seeking to understand pain points and motivations.
  • Love blending data and intuition to drive decision-making.
  • Take full ownership of outcomes and aren’t afraid to dive into the details.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Growth roles, preferably within ecommerce or subscription products.
  • Strong product sense, customer empathy, and a track record of translating insights into successful initiatives.
  • Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with Design, Engineering, Growth, and other stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience or willingness to learn tools like Amplitude, Shopify, Figma, Klaviyo, and basic SQL.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and a passion for health, wellness, and consumer brands.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working on subscription products, DTC ecommerce, or CPG
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and CRO best practices.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing or post-purchase retention strategies.
  • Completion of a Reforge program or similar advanced product/growth training.
  • Passion for coffee, health, wellness, or the future of consumer brands.

Why Atlas?

  • Work on exciting new product launches that meaningfully impact business growth.
  • Join a passionate, kind, and ambitious team where your voice matters.
  • Gain broad exposure across product, growth, creative, and operations.
  • Health Care, Vision, Dental
  • PTO and Sick time
  • 401k
  • Paid Holidays

Base salary range - $105,000-140,000/year. Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job-related reasons.
