The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking a Music Director in Rochester, NY.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor audio equipment, DJ software, playback system, mixing consoles, etc.
  • Coordinate with game production team to time music cues, stings, sound effects, and transitions
  • Monitor and adjust audio quality and levels
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during live events

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • Prior experience operating and managing audio for large-scale events
  • Experience working with audio equipment and DJ software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the team schedule

Compensation at Seneca is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ. The projected compensation range for this position is below. The estimate displayed represents the typical range for this position and is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

The projected compensation range for this position is:

$40—$50 USD
