Addition to staff...Family investment office is seeking an experienced and dedicated C-level Executive Assistant to provide one-on-one support to the Chief Investment Officer where you will:

• Manage complex calendar and in-depth scheduling of meetings
• Schedule international and domestic travel
• Review emails regarding upcoming meetings, while keeping executive on point
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communication
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Assist in project coordination by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Support event planning efforts by coordinating logistics and managing invitations
• Greet visitors, manage calls with professionalism
• Interact with building management and vendors re. repairs, orders/supplies, maintain pantry

Requirements:

• Prior C-level EA experience (8+ years) in a finance firm
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
• Experience with project coordination and event planning is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
