Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals for desktops and laptops.
• Provide technical support to resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
• Maintain and update system documentation, logs, and reports.
• Assist users with setup and troubleshooting of office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
• Perform regular system updates and security checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations.
