Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. As an Office Administrator, you will ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Indio, CA

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform administrative tasks including data entry and mail sorting.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Handle order taking and billing processes efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various documentation and reporting needs.
• Excellent phone skills.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• One year or more in an administrative role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in english and spanish.
