About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join its team. The CPO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive vision and strategy for human resources. This includes talent acquisition, training, and development, as well as fostering a culture that supports the growth and well-being of all employees. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization's greatest asset, its people, are empowered to contribute to the mission of transforming lives and building community through sports, fitness, and play for all. The ideal CPO for the company will have a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector and a passion for the organization's mission. They will be tasked with finding the right talent to support the diverse needs of the community, from young children to Olympic athletes. The role requires a strategic leader who can shape and nurture a culture that is inclusive, supportive, and conducive to the personal and professional development of all staff members. Experience in creating and implementing HR programs that align with the values and goals of a nonprofit organization is essential. The CPO will be a key partner in the organization's growth and will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the people strategy is in line with the overall business strategy.
