What You''ll Bring Educational Background: Bachelor''s Degree in a related field required; Master''s Degree in Business Administration/MHA/MSN preferred. Experience: 8 years in leading complex regional organizations; 3 years in healthcare operations; experience in a union environment preferred. Operational Expertise: Ability to lead complex organizations through growth and transition in a matrixed environment.
