We are a high-powered insurance team with explosive growth. We are looking for licensed life insurance agents to join us. Even if you're not licensed, our fast-track program will guide you through getting licensed in as little as a few weeks. We will also sponsor your pre-licensing classes for those who are a good fit.

Choose Your Sales Platform - Virtual Sales (telesales and/or Zoom video sales) or Face-To-Face sales available

Leads Driven Business - No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or such. We work with clients who fill out forms, whether digital or physical, that are curious in learning more about life insurance. No bait and switch tactics like the majority of the industry. We specialize in selling seniors burial life insurance policies, cash value life insurance, and also traditional mortgage protection.

Compensation - Highest starting compensation in the industry. Unlike the traditional companies which start you at 25% or 40% commission, our typical agents are starting at 70% and can go all the way up to 140%.

• Not looking for people who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• An agent who is competent, speaks well, and can communicate effectively.
• An agent who isn't scared of showing High Premium, our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing
• An agent who doesn't need to be motivated, you are ready to follow a system that already works

Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high end insurance carriers who sell high ticket IUL (indexed universal life), IBC (infinite banking concept), and FIA (fixed indexed annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company who are trying to sell traditional life, final expense, mortgage protection, or anything low premium.

We work with a multitude of carriers throughout the US and we do 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom) meetings.

Our average agent spends on $1,000 to $ 1,500 a week on leads to write anywhere between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We are NOT looking to lead assist program anyone.

We have high starting contracts in place.

We have a proven training system that you can plug into.

We have a trusted lead source that all our high end agents are running on.

We just need more agents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must pass a background check AND at least 18 years old to get licensed.
• No prior sales experience or degree is required to start.
• Pass State License Exam if not already licensed.
