Summary:The VP, Total Rewards will lead the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Total Rewards at Glanbia, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing global reward strategies. This senior leader will partner with the CHRO and HR leadership to drive executive remuneration, performance management, global mobility, and benefits programs. The role is instrumental in aligning total rewards with Glanbia’s business strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Remuneration & Reporting- Partner with CHRO and Remuneration Committee Chair on executive compensation strategy and reporting.
- Manage equity programs, stock plan administration, and compliance.
- Monitor market trends and ensure alignment with governance standards.
- Design and implement global total rewards programs, including executive compensation and broad-based benefits.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, M&A, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure continuous improvement and standardization across reward processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Ireland/UK and US to deliver optimal solutions.
- Develop and align performance management frameworks with total rewards strategy.
- Implement data-driven programs to recognize and enhance employee performance.
- Oversee global mobility operations, vendor partnerships, and policy frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Lead a team of 7–8 direct reports across performance, rewards, and mobility.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Promote Glanbia values and drive accountability across teams.
- Act as Global Process Owner for Performance and Total Rewards.
- Lead initiatives such as HR Transformation and job architecture development.
- Collaborate with PSO and HR Service Delivery on data governance and change management.
- Degree in HR, Finance, or related field; post-grad or professional certification (CIPD, ACA, ACCA, SHRM) preferred.
- Proven expertise in total rewards, performance management, and executive compensation.
- Experience in multinational or Fortune 500 environments, especially in Ireland/UK and US.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and regulatory compliance.

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $300,000-330,000 plusan annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
