About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to end homelessness through a focus on prevention. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing all internal operations in line with the company's values and strategic objectives. This includes providing leadership and oversight for facilities, office management, human resources, information technology, finance, and programmatic systems. The role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years' of operations leadership, a proven track record in executive-level management, and a strong background in support functions. The VP will be a key member of the Senior Team, serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO, and will be instrumental in fostering a positive organizational culture, interdepartmental collaboration, and employee engagement.
