Job Description
Responsibilities:
✅ Client Interaction: Greet pet owners and their pets warmly, providing excellent customer service.
✅ Appointment Scheduling: Manage phone calls, emails, and online booking for appointments.
✅ Check-in & Check-out: Register patients, collect payments, and process invoices.
✅ Administrative Duties: Maintain patient records, update medical files, and handle confidential information.
✅ Communication: Coordinate between veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Clinic Support: Assist in ordering supplies, handling deliveries, and keeping the reception area tidy.
Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience as a receptionist (preferably in a veterinary clinic or healthcare setting)
✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software
✔️ Passion for animals and a friendly, professional attitude
