Base pay range $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr Position Summary This role develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate information to members about membership benefits and company products. Process membership upgrades, credit account changes, and click‑n‑pull orders. Participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals. Maintain facility safety by following safety standards, performing safety sweeps, and proper forklift handling. Handle hazardous materials following company steel standard guidelines and reporting unsafe situations. Ensure order accuracy, package and palletize items, and manage out‑of‑stock merchandise. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and communicate progress. Demonstrate integrity, respect, and customer‑first service in all interactions.
