Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances. Responsibilities Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events. Meet Membership goals and assist with meeting Member needs, including completing Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, and ensuring order accuracy. Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials per guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions to management. Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Adhere to company policies and ethics, applying related action plans and Open Door Policy, and working to create a culture of belonging and teamwork. Act with integrity, deliver customer-focused results, and support continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies and skills.
