Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists with prior OASIS experience to work at a partnering home health care provider in Portland, Oregon. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every therapist we support.
Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $2,420 - $2,692 per week*
- Paid by the hour - not by the visit
- Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.
