• Location: Vineland, New Jersey (08360) – South Jersey healthcare jobs\n
• Healthcare Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Operating Room (OR)\n
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts per week)\n
• Weekly Hours: 40\n
• On-Call Requirement: One weekend per month (24 hours Saturday, 12 hours Sunday)\n
• Scrubs: Provided by hospital\n
• Start Date: August 25, 2025\n
• Assignment Length: 13-week nursing contract\n

\n\nOperating Room Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) with ability to scrub and circulate\n
• Specialized experience (3+ years) in Orthopedic Spine, Robotic Surgery, and Trauma patient care\n
• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey (NJ nursing jobs)\n
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required)\n
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (required)\n
• National certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) preferred\n
• Completion of full orientation and training is mandatory\n

\n\nKey Responsibilities for OR RN\n

\n
• Scrub and circulate for a range of surgical procedures, with emphasis on orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma cases\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Maintain a sterile field and strictly follow infection control protocols\n
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation for the operating room\n
• Complete all required orientation modules and in-person clinical training\n
• Demonstrate adaptability and strong clinical skills in a fast-paced surgical environment\n
