WORK SCHEDULE 8:45am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday
POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Assistant Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating individualized routines for our youngest learners, ensuring each child receives the personalized care they need. Your responsibilities will include assisting with feeding, managing nap schedules, and performing diaper changes, all while providing a nurturing and attentive environment. EXPECTATIONS - Be ready to PLAY with the kids - You need to be attentive and engaged in the classroom.

- Be professional - Appear well-groomed, have excellent communication, be respectful, honest, formal, and focused.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) • High School Diploma or GED
• One or more years of related experience or relevant coursework
• Ability to read, write, and communicate using proper English grammar
• Good oral and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of individuals, including, staff and parents
