Specializing in SMT PCB assembly, barebone system builds, and complex rack integration. Position Overview We're hiring a GPU Liquid Cooling Factory Process Specialist to lead, design, and optimize the production processes for liquid-cooled GPU servers and rack systems. This hands-on role is perfect for an expert in thermal systems, factory operations, and high-reliability environments who thrives in scaling cutting-edge infrastructure for AI and HPC workloads. This is a permanent, on-site position . Remote or hybrid options are not available. Core Responsibilities Own and improve the end-to-end assembly and testing process for liquid-cooled GPU racks/servers. Standardize work instructions for coolant loop builds, cold plate installations, and rack-level plumbing. Apply Lean, 5S, and Kaizen practices to reduce waste and improve yield. Quality Assurance Manage quality control protocols: pressure decay testing, flow rate monitoring, leak detection, thermal performance validation. Maintain accurate production and QA documentation for compliance and audits. Resolve factory-floor challenges (e.g., pump tuning, GPU mounting, manifold/QD issues). Conduct root cause analysis on returned or failed systems. Work with engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate design updates and maintain BOM accuracy. Align logistics and deployment teams for smooth customer delivery and setup. Develop SOPs and train technicians on assembly, testing, and coolant safety. Maintain technical documentation for each liquid cooling system variant. Enforce compliance with ISO, OSHA, and coolant-specific handling standards (e.g., deionized water, glycol). Support chemical reporting and proper coolant disposal practices as needed. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering—or equivalent hands-on experience. 3–5+ years in electronics or systems manufacturing. Experience with liquid cooling: cold plates, CDUs, quick disconnects, and thermal test instrumentation. Knowledge of factory process control, QA protocols, and safety compliance. Preferred: Familiarity with GPU/AI servers and high-density HPC infrastructure. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification. Experience with MES tools and digital factory environments.
