Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Client Specialist to join the North America Technical Sales team, focusing on PC devices powered by AMD technology. This role involves performing in-depth product presentations and demonstrations, providing technical expertise, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams. Reporting Structure: Embedded within the North America Technical Sales team Raleigh (Morrisville) Located. Our client maintains a hybrid schedule, mandatory three-days-in-office, policy. No Remote Work. You must reside in the Raleigh, NC market to perform in this role. Key Responsibilities: Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of embedded AMD products and solutions to end-user customers, channel partners, and internal/external stakeholders at our client and AMD. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the PC industry, including applications, deployment, security, and connectivity best practices to effectively solution-sell. Trusted Advisor: Serve as the trusted advisor for North America AMD technology and solutions, collaborating closely with client Technical and Field Sales and 4P teams. Sales Support: Engage with sales teams to support customer pursuits and opportunity identification for the team's AMD products and recommended solutions. Solution Identification: Work with the Services team to identify solutions that accelerate the adoption of AMD technology and differentiate AMD as technology leader that solves customers challenges AMD Collaboration: Support AMD Field Sales and Field Application Engineers on solutions, customer engagements, and RFPs. Training and Development: Provide training on AMD solutions to all Sellers, Sit with Inside Sales in B6 and lead technical training for Technical Client Advisors. Workshops and Assessments: Identify and lead industry vertical solutions technical workshops and perform customer application rationalization workshops/assessments. Qualifications: Strong technical background in PC industry applications, deployment, security, and connectivity. Proven experience in technical sales or client specialist roles. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and technical staff. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions. Experience with AMD technology and high-quality PC products is highly desirable. What's in it for you?
