We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Team Member to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art indoor golf facility and sports bar in Hermitage. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our golf simulators. Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Greet and check-in patrons for virtual golf simulators.

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

and addressing any issues promptly.

Food and Beverage Service:

• Prepare a variety of drinks, including alcoholic beverages and

cocktails.

• Basic food prep and garnishing.

• Serve food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages.

• Manage orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

Facility Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness of facilities, including simulators, dining areas,

and restrooms.

• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues with

golf simulators.

• Perform janitorial duties such as mopping, cleaning surfaces, and deep

cleaning.

Operational Support:

• Oversee golf simulators and manage simulator bay tee time

scheduling.

• Assist with events and parties hosted at the facility.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth

operations and high-quality service.

Requirements

Age: Preferred 21+, but must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol (will need to have or get a server's permit)

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage is preferred, but not required.

Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,

and holidays.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds,

and move around the facility as needed.

Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with golf is helpful, but not necessary.

Skills and Attributes

Passion for golf and sports is a plus

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $10/hr (pre tips, guaranteed). Expected pay: $15-$25+ /hr (with our tip-share program).
