Full Job Description

• We are looking for someone who is an out-of-the box thinker with at least 5 years' experience in accounting and with proficiency in using QuickBooks (Desktop and On-Line Versions), spreadsheets and analytical tools and has prepared tax returns using UltraTax.

• Salary is based on experience and ability and will be increased as skills increase. Equity opportunities are available for the right person.

• This is not an entry level position and prior experience is required. This is a Full-time, on-site position. This is not a remote position.

• We primarily use QuickBooks and UltraTax software as well as individualized spreadsheets and work papers.

• English as the primary language is required but being Bilingual is an added plus as we have many international clients.


Education:

Bachelor's (Required)


Experience:

GAAP: 3 years (Preferred)

Accounting: 5 years (Required)

accounting and tax: 3 years (Required)


Language:

English (Required)


License/Certification:

Accounting Degree/Experience working for an accounting firm (Required)

CPA license or EA Certification (Preferred)
