About the role Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do. We're looking for a Head of Technology Operations to run the technology, information security, risk, data, outsourcing, and payments functions for Revolut in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the local CEO, you'll collaborate with global technology teams to enable our Swiss entity to continue scaling quickly and sustainably, while maintaining a robust compliance foundation. What you'll be doing Defining, implementing, and steering the technology and operations strategy for Revolut in Switzerland Leading experienced direct reports within InfoSec, Payments, and Outsourcing teams Owning and managing technology operations within the entity, ensuring a robust operating model with solid governance, risk management, and business resilience integration Overseeing technology-related risks for the entity, ensuring they're identified, assessed, managed, and reported appropriately Reviewing performance metrics while establishing and optimising operational procedures and controls Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and intra-group outsourcing service providers Presenting technology services and risk insights to senior management, such as the Executive Risk Committee and Board What you'll need Experience working as a CIO, Director of Technology, or relevant executive position at a bank or other regulated environment Expertise in setting up, managing, and enhancing IT operations and controls for large organisations Knowledge of retail banking products and relevant regulations Experience interacting with regulators, such as FINMA Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment Impressive critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to have An educational background in STEM Prior fit and proper regulation Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
