Forklift Operator Job Duties:
· Picks work order demands, stages product for production use & returns unused items back to inventory.
· Unloads trucks/containers of raw or finished goods items.
· Transfers processed product into finished goods or coolers storage locations.
· Rotates inventory and follows first in-first out or first expired-first out process, depending on job functions.
· Adheres to all safety and GMP rules, including allergen segregation and organic product handling. Attends assigned training.
· Responsible for immediately reporting all food safety and quality issues to management.
Schedule:
· 2nd Shift | Monday to Friday 1PM-11PM + OT as needed
· Will train on 1st shift (6AM-4PM) for the first month, then switch to 2nd Shift
Pay :
· For first month of training, pay will be at $18.
· Then after moving to 2nd shift, it will increase to $20
Forklift Operator Requirements:
· Operate stand-up with reach truck
· Preferred but not a requirement electric pallet jack.
· Flexibility and availability as needed.
· Basic math skills.
