Job Description Sports Operations
- Coordinate execution of all key programmatic operations including but not limited to website & database maintenance, inventory management, equipment storage, t-shirt distribution, daily league logistics, & permit management
- Ensure league Planning Sheet upkeep
- Volo Tech (App) Management as tied to league builds
- Oversee seasonal merge effort including planning and coordinating City team participation
- Secure & maintain field lights and overall venue playing quality
Facility Permit Management
- Track the needs of each site including improvements
- Obtain permits for current and new locations
- Process permit payments
Financial Management
- Create and Manage the Sports Revenue Plan
- Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget reviews and forecasts based on City revenue
- Manage local budget and ensure profit margins are being held
- Interpret the budget and how to adjust COGS in line with performance
- Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Run P/T staff payroll
- Provide financial forecasts to help manage cash flow
- Collect program metrics and analysis throughout the season and develop tools for evaluation
- Track & report on league sales progress

Qualifications
MUST-HAVES
- Minimum of 4-8 years of professional experience
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic personality interested in working in, and contributing to, a fun and active sporting environment

- Experience in sport or event management and/or business development capacity
- Payroll and financial management experience
