Are you the right candidate to join a non-profit association as a temporary to permanent Social Media Manager? If you have 3+ years of relevant B2B social media experience, a bachelor's degree, along with strong multitasking and professional communication skills, apply now! About the Position: Create and execute social media strategies for the association as well as trade shows/events. Develop actionable plan for growth and retention of followers on social media platforms. Manage LinkedIn postings for various departments; Manage the promotion of the association's podcast. Coordinate the monthly social media calendar, monthly trade show reports, and other quarterly reports. Set KPIs and measure each campaign's performance against them. Provide other marketing and B2B support to the department as necessary. About You: ~ A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related is required. ~3+ years of relevant B2B social media experience are required. ~ Experience working for a trade association is preferred. ~ Familiarity with web design is highly preferred. ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and multi-social posting programs. ~ Ability to travel domestically occasionally is required. Position Information: ~$33/hr-$38/hr, while temporary. ~$70K-$80K, when permanent. ~ Hybrid onsite for 3 days/week. ~ Office located in Herndon, VA. ~ Travel twice a year is required.
