• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, inclusive of channel roles and messaging pillars, that aligns with brand marketing objectives


• Plan and schedule organic content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of engaging and culturally relevant messaging


• Conduct regular social competitive analysis and stay up to date of the latest platforms, trends, tools, and best practices


• Create compelling, high-quality, and shareable content that align with content strategy, collaborating with internal and external teams


• Implement strategies to increase audience engagement and reach on social media platforms


• Monitor brand mentions & comments, responding in a timely and professional manner


• Support Senior Manager of Public Relations to develop and execute influencer programs that aligns with marketing goals


• Leverage in-platform and outside platform analytic tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of social media-specific experience on either agency or client side


• Proficient in video content creation


• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment


• Personally active within and passionate about social media


• Personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of PR.

Pay Transparency: Min $75K - Max $85K
