Company Overview
Founded in 1990,and located north of Nashville, TN, JRC, Incorporated is a nationwide roofing and construction company licensed in 48 of the 50 states. We focus on commercial roofing, windows, siding, and gutters. We are currently in search of a Service Estimator Inspector to join our team.

Must live in the Middle TN area, travel throughout the US required. This position is a mix of travel and in office work alongside the Service Division Manager.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Visit sites to attain survey measurements, notes, and needed materials for jobs
• Work closely with the service and sales team to provide accurate information in the creation of proposals
• Utilize surveyed details to prepare takeoffs/estimates of costs of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Estimations for service work and preventative maintenance
• Ability to identify and assess roof maintenance issues
• Perform proper roof repairs to maintain warranties, as needed
• Meet with owners, property managers, etc. to communicate scope of work

Job Requirements:

• Availability to travel the U.S. to complete roof surveys
• Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving, and People Skills
• Ability to field walk projects, climb ladders, and navigate construction sites safely
• Understanding of construction and specification driven bidding processes a plus.
• Ability to read/interpret plans and specifications.
• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel)
• On-Screen, Take-Off, and Bid Estimating software experience a plus
• Valid driver's license - in good standing
• Experience estimating Steep and Low Slope Roof Systems is a plus
• Experience metal working skills used in roofing
