The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SOX compliance, internal controls, risk management and audit project management. This role requires a strategic problem solver with excellent leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit outcomes across global operations./ph3What youll be doing:/h3ulliPlan and lead internal audit projects, including audits specific to each country, to assess the efficiency of internal controls, risk management and governance processes./liliDevelop risk-based audit plans and scopes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements./liliConduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement./liliPrepare and present audit findings, recommendations and action plans to senior management and the Audit Committee./liliMonitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective remediation./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to identify and assess risks and controls in business processes./liliOversee the planning, execution and monitoring of the companys SOX compliance program./liliCollaborate with process owners and external auditors to identify control gaps, recommend improvements and ensure timely remediation of deficiencies./liliProvide training and guidance on SOX compliance requirements and standard processes./liliMentor, coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities./liliParticipate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership./li/ulh3What we need to see:/h3ulliBachelors degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience. Masters degree or equivalent experience or CPA/CIA/CISA preferred./lili10+ overall years of audit experience. Recent position as an auditor of public companies in a Big Four accounting firm or equivalent experience as an Internal Audit or SOX program leader in a public company environment./lili3+ years of leadership experience./liliIn-depth knowledge of SOX requirements, COSO framework and internal control principles and evaluation methodology./liliStrong understanding of Internal Auditing methodologies and standards and adept at assessing complex processes to identify potential financial, operational and compliance risks warranting audit attention./liliStrong background in conducting internal audits, particularly for country-specific operations in a global organization./liliExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing audits in diverse geographic regions./liliStrong critical thinking mentality, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail./liliExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with partners at all levels./liliProficiency in audit software and tools (e.g., SAP, AuditBoard, or similar)./li/ulh3Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:/h3ulliInnovative Mentality: A track record of implementing technology (e.g., data analytics, automation tools) to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness./liliStrategic Problem Solver: Ability to align audit and compliance initiatives with broader business objectives, driving value beyond regulatory requirements./liliLeadership Excellence: Proven track record to inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and improvement./li/ulpWidely considered to be one of the technology worlds most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
