Senior Graphic Designer / Packaging Designer Full Time Onsite only! Arlington, MA A rapidly growing design-forward startup revolutionizing the floral industry is looking to hire a full-time SENIOR Graphic Designer with packaging experience. Job Description: Seeking a skilled Senior Print Graphic Designer / Packaging Designer to join our client's team on a full time basis. As a Senior Graphic Designer / Packaging Designer, you'll create compelling print materials, including catalogs, direct mailers, product packaging, brochures, and display signage. Detailed work with type and type composition experience in catalog layouts is a must have. You'll work closely with the team's creative director, as well as marketing, and design teams to ensure visually stunning materials that meet business objectives. Responsibilities: 6+ years required in consumer brand experience. Design print materials that showcase our brand's creativity and strategy Leverage existing templates to meet tight deadlines and contribute to brainstorming new design ideas Collaborate with our teams to ensure compelling visuals and project goals Prepare high-quality, print-ready files and work with printers and vendors Stay updated on design trends, new tools, and industry best practices Requirements: Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and experience in print design Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition Understanding of print production processes and file preparation Flexibility, adaptability, and great communication skills Bonus Points: Experience in digital design (though not immediately required) What Is Offered: Opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup with a strong mission Collaborative and dynamic work environment Competitive compensation package ______________________________________________________________________ This is a full-time position, onsite in the Arlington, MA area.
