Job Description

Location: Buffalo, NY - In office 5 days a week

Seeking a highly talented Senior Copywriter to join the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing compelling, unique, and results-driven content for all marketing initiatives. The role involves working closely with stakeholders around the world to develop a unique voice for our brand that promotes our global family and pioneering technology. This role requires a balance of technical writing, content marketing, brand messaging, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing content which includes presentations, social media posts, emails, website, white papers, case studies, field reports, brochures, articles, blogs, and advertisements to further promote our unique brand voice, create a compelling customer experience, and ultimately drive leads through the sales funnel
  • Partner with designers, marketing stakeholders, sales, product champions, and others to create relevant and timely content
  • Understand and own the voice of the brand and lead efforts to ensure messaging is integrated, consistent, and resonates with our customers across all channels
  • Utilize marketing briefs, data, and insights to craft targeted messaging to drives sales that supports both lead generation and brand positioning
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate complex technical information into clear and engaging customer-facing content
  • Spearhead collaboration with product and creative teams to develop messaging platforms and creative concepts
  • Manage and facilitate relationships with agency partners (if needed) to ensure consistency of communication and quality of creative work
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks for key product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop internal content and support internal committees to further showcase the culture and global family
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and messaging consistency
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create net new concepts
  • Support trade show events with email content, booth content, and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar field of study
  • Minimum 5 years professional creative and technical writing experience
