Job Description

What you will do

- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to create elegant, balanced and refined cocktails utilizing local & seasonal ingredients.
- Candidate is expected to prepare all signature and classic cocktails on the menu to the established standard from memory.
- Candidate is expected to provide guests with exceptional service with a naturally positive, outgoing and natural style.
- Candidate must engage guests about offerings behind the bar and offer interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation method.
- Must maintain working knowledge of all products served behind the bar and throughout the restaurant, inclusive of full food menu.
- Knowledge and ability to create house-made shrubs, bitters & shrubs required.

What you bring

- Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Education: High school education or equivalent experience
- Experience: At least 2-3 years within the high end hotel/resort restaurant industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
- Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Schedule

- Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in outside conditions year-round
