Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional project teams through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports Coordinate resources and manage dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams across IT Service Enablement, HR, Finance, and GRC domains Facilitate regular stand‑ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and tools (primarily JIRA) across technical and business teams Support PI (Program Increment) planning and execution for scaled Agile initiatives Partner with Portfolio / Technical Owner to remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability Partner with Product Owners to ensure well‑defined backlogs and clear priorities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Conduct gap analyses and recommend process or system improvements Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on scope and outcomes Build strong relationships with business units, developers, and technical teams Requirements Proficient in JIRA for Agile work management and reporting Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules Ability to analyze and visualize data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Comfortable working in hybrid environments with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
