Job Description

Holliston High School is seeking a School Counseling Secretary. The School Counseling Secretary maintains counselors' schedules by booking meetings and student appointments, answers phones, interacts with students and faculty, organizes Advanced Placement administration, awards nights, mailings, coordinates scholarships and community involvement, maintains honor roll, coordinates college fairs, acts as the liaison to the online collaborative, maintains student enrollment. They also maintain records and data and performs other responsibilities as they arise.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Strong technical skills
• Spreadsheet and database experience preferred
• Ability to work and communicate positively with students, parents and staff

The check will require you to pay a fee of $55 if you hold an Educator's License, or $35 if you are an unlicensed employee.
