• Build partnerships with small business owners to drive new sales and create lasting business relationships
• Work within a team to identify targets, key decision-makers, and close new business opportunities
• Engage prospective clients and educate them on our clients' promotions and products
• Conduct market research to qualify leads and identify potential partnerships
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through direct selling and lead generation
• Use CRM tools to track sales activity and measure performance
• Represent Higher Heights in a professional and compelling way in all interactions

As a Sales Success Trainee, you’ll receive in-depth training designed to help you succeed in sales and management. You’ll learn how to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, use CRM tools to track your progress and develop essential leadership skills that will help you grow within the company. We prioritize mentorship and team collaboration, giving you the tools to take your career to the next level.

• Proven ability to work independently within a team setting and follow established processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and professionalism
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Associates with relevant experience considered)
