Job Description

Our Mission: We seek curious, resilient, team-oriented individuals eager to develop sales skills, build trust, and foster relationships with target buyers. Successful Sales Executives support Datasite Sales Directors in expanding our business in Boston's investment banking sector.

Candidates will undergo structured onboarding, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from management and the sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Directors in increasing territory revenue and exceeding targets.
  • Participate in onboarding and continuous training.
  • Gain familiarity with Datasite services.
  • Build relationships across support teams.
  • Participate in client events.
  • Understand the sales process comprehensively.
  • Collaborate effectively with team and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of small accounts.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Accurately record activity and leads in Salesforce.
  • Adhere to Datasite policies and best practices.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2+ years in a sales-related role.

Skills include results-driven action, time management, decision-making, communication, and a desire to advance into sales leadership.
