💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect & Outreach – Identify and connect with facility managers, commercial property managers, and building owners who need roofing solutions.

• Cold Calls, Emails, and LinkedIn Outreach – Use a proven multi-channel approach to engage decision-makers.

• Set Meetings – Your goal is to book qualified appointments for our senior sales team—every meeting = more commission for you.

• Track & Improve – Use HubSpot CRM to log activity, refine your approach, and consistently improve results.

• A natural communicator – You’re comfortable making calls, asking questions, and handling objections.

• Energetic & Coachable – You bring the drive, and we’ll provide the training.

• Previous sales experience? Great. No experience? If you’re hungry to learn and ready to put in the work, we’ll train you.

• Resilient & Goal-Oriented – You love the thrill of hitting targets and competing with yourself to improve.

• Tech-Savvy – You’ll be using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other sales tools daily.
