Position Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant

Wage: $18-$21/hour DOE

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8am-5pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Sales & Marketing Assistant for an associate to hire opportunity with a growing company in Cedar Rapids, IA! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, wearing multiple hats, and supporting sales and marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Sales and Marketing Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Assist with sales support and customer inquiries
- Process information accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records
- Support marketing tasks and projects as needed
- Handle multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed

Sales and Marketing Assistant Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable using computers and office technology
- Honest, reliable, and proactive
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Canva and MailChimp skills preferred
