The Sales Account Associate - Kroger will be responsible for providing Sales support to a team of National Account Managers to drive the sales initiatives of the Ferrero company and its brands. This customer‑focused role will be responsible for assisting with various Kroger specific tasks to include item setup, promo submissions, cost change forms, divisional sales support and more. This position should be located in Cincinnati and will report directly to the Director of Sales - Kroger. Main Responsibilities Support the Kroger sales team across daily customer activities to drive the strategic sales agenda Strong familiarity with Kroger to include customer specific systems, processes and forms Leverage understanding of Kroger’s replenishment process & metrics to aid in Forecasting Proficiency in data analysis tools (using MS Office, IRI, SAP, 84.51, etc) Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication, ability to present insights effectively Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business & financial concepts Develop and execute new and innovative scorecards to analyze business performance Complete ad hoc requests for the sales and leadership teams Develop and maintain relationships with cross functional teams and broker partners About You At least 2+ years of CPG experience in sales preferred Bachelor’s Degree, M.B.A. is a plus Experience working in a sales role on the Kroger business is highly preferred Ability to manage multiple projects in a proactive and timely manner Strong organizational agility and relationship building a must Global mindset and desire to build a successful career with a growing global company Ability to travel approximately 10% Careers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.
