YOUR ROLE

SAWA is seeking an experienced Revit Documenter on a full-time basis, who has demonstrated experience in producing construction working drawings on a range of project types within the high end residential Commercial & Retail projects. The candidate will work alongside our Principal and Project Designer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following required skills: ⁠

· A minimum of 4-6 year’s experience documenting with Revit ⁠

· Efficient in the use of Revit and associated platforms ⁠

· Sound knowledge of the Florida building codes and local codes.

· Ability to produce construction working drawings, with close attention to detail ⁠

· The capacity to work both independently, and as part of a team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

· Computer skills required (5 years) : Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max is a plus.

Candidates who do not provide work samples AND do not meet the minimum qualifications will not be considered.
