Birdi Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Revit Drafter to support a critical security infrastructure project involving Access Control Systems through a staff augmentation engagement. Due to the sensitive nature of this project, only U.S.-based personnel may be assigned to this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in 2D AutoCAD and/or 3D environments within Revit and be comfortable producing permit, shop, and as-built drawings for low-voltage security systems (Division 28), including Electronic Security Systems (ESS) or Physical Security Systems (PSS) and Division 27 Voice Data Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver Permit Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings using Revit.
• Create wiring diagrams for equipment connections.
• Update floor plans with equipment locations and equipment layout details.
• Ensure all documentation is delivered in RVT and PDF formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and field personnel to reflect accurate site conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit (2D and/or 3D Revit drafting and modeling).
• Demonstrated experience working with Electronic Security Systems (ESS), Physical Security Systems (PSS) or Division 27 Voice Data Systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage evolving project requirements.
