Retail Solar Setter Associate Location Waldorf, MD :

The Job Overview Our Solar Setters are responsible for setting appointments for our solar team.Solar associates will be responsible for identifying potential clients and scheduling an appointment for a sales associate for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.

Compensation for this position is tied to lead generation and closed sales. Setters will receive a minimum pay weekly but must generate at least 10 customer leads. You have the opportunity to earn more than the minimum weekly pay based on closed sales from your leads. Average pay for 2 closed leads a week ranges $1000-$1500. Top Setters earn between $2000-$3000 based on 3-5 closed leads a week.

Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities a Retail Solar Setter is expected to assume:

• Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
• Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
• Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
• Develop and distribute reports of each day's appointments
• Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the job
• Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
• Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
• Complete required area sheets at the end of each day

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Below are the qualifications and skills that are expected of a Retail Solar Setter:

• Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred
• Exhibit excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work at least 4-8 hours each day, 4-5 days per week
• A positive attitude
• A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
• Experience and willingness, working in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 per week
