Position Overview

Serve as a key point of contact for Lula customers and service providers, ensuring all interactions are professional, genuine, and solution-oriented. Responsible for promptly answering calls, scheduling jobs, and following up to confirm successful job completion. Deliver friendly, consistent support to property managers, tenants, and contractors throughout each maintenance project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive day-to-day support for property managers, tenants, and service providers.
  • Maintain clear, updated notes on all assigned projects in Lulas job management system.
  • Coordinate job details between Lula Pros, tenants, and property managers.
  • Track all projects and bids under your oversight.
  • Apply knowledge of residential property maintenance, including common repair types and cost ranges (handyman, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, drywall, etc.).
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Exercise judgment and make timely decisions to resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectivelyboth over the phone and via emailwhile problem solving and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactively address concerns and escalate to leadership when needed.
  • Act as liaison between customers and service providers to ensure clear, detailed communication and accurate job completion.
  • Overcome objections and obstacles with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Role Requirements

  • Experience or strong knowledge in property maintenance in the residential rental space.
  • Positive, proactive approach with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective time management; ability to deliver accurate information under pressure.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Excel and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with web-based software platforms.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • Weekend availability
  • Rotating weekends
  • This is not a field position. You will be expected to work in our local office located in Overland Park, Kansas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
